A long-form single-track album of field recordings, carefully curated samples, and manipulated soundscapes for Prenzie Players' June 2013 performances of "Bear Girl."

The loud, "white noise" segments were created to represent a huge flock of Passenger Pigeons roaring overhead. The last of these now extinct birds died in 1914.

With the exception of the concluding section, all elements contain only sounds that would have been present during the time of Black Hawk. The raw audio was captured in areas near Seaton, Keithsburg, and New Boston, Illinois, and Glynns Creek in Scott County, Iowa.
