This marks my first assemblage of material entirely created in my new environment deep in the heart of Polynesia, and I'll wager the first-ever generative-ambient-drone-whatever-it-is-that-I-do pieces exclusively performed and recorded in the far-flung Manu'a Islands.

These are natural continuations of the last few pieces composed in the waning days of my old life, as released last year on "Stars Dissolve Unnoticed In Gravity Oceans" and "Dial M For Murmuration." This release concludes a de facto trilogy that bridges a time of change.

From a more tangible perspective, there's something I find satisfying about tracks like these that are between 17-24 minutes in length. Doubtless this comfort zone is informed by the multitude of side-long vinyl album tracks I experienced in my formative years.
